Express orders must be received by 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time in
order to be processed that day. Orders using ground shipping will arrive
within 7 to 10 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday), following credit card authorization. Express Orders
placed on Friday after 10:00 AM Pacific Standard time will not be processed
until Monday or the following business day. 5.11 Tactical does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico must use First Class Mail Via
U.S. Mail. When shipping to an APO, FPO or P.O. Box address you must use
First Class Mail Via U.S. Mail also. FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Any orders placed after December 30th at 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will not ship until Wednesday, January 7th.
Custom Shop Order Notice:
The deadline for 5.11 Custom Shop orders with stock art to ship before the warehouse closes is Friday December 19, 2008 at 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. Any stock artwork orders placed after this time or any orders with custom artwork will not ship until Wednesday, January 7th or later.
